How many separate solar systems are on the property?

Most homes have one. A second system is usually a later addition with its own inverter — if you are not sure, choose one and we will confirm it.

Roughly how many panels on each system?

An estimate is fine, and you can leave them blank. The price is worked out from the total for the property, not per system.

Roughly how many solar panels are on the property altogether?

A rough count is fine — count them from the driveway, or from a photograph. If the property has more than one system, count them all together.

Roof material helps us plan how the array will be inspected. Some fragile roof types are inspected from the ground and by drone rather than walked.

Saturday and Sunday inspections carry a $99 weekend fee. The weekend and next-day fees never stack — if both apply you pay one, $99.

What happens after you send it

We read it and call you

Usually the same business day. We confirm what's on the property, what the transaction needs, and what we can establish.

We confirm a date and time

There's no calendar to book and no inspector schedule to browse. A person confirms it.

We inspect

45 minutes to 2 hours. Someone should be available to authorize access and sign the inspection authorization. Your presence is not required if access to the equipment is provided.

04

You get the report

About 24 hours after the visit, once payment is complete.
