Usually the same business day. We confirm what's on the property, what the transaction needs, and what we can establish.

We confirm a date and time

There's no calendar to book and no inspector schedule to browse. A person confirms it.

We inspect

45 minutes to 2 hours. Someone should be available to authorize access and sign the inspection authorization. Your presence is not required if access to the equipment is provided.

You get the report

About 24 hours after the visit, once payment is complete.
