Who we help
Same inspection. Different question
A buyer wants to know what they're inheriting. A seller wants no surprises. An escrow officer wants the file to close. The work is the same — what changes is which part of the report matters most.

For Realtors
You handle the transaction. We handle the solar — on your contingency timeline, in language you can put in front of a client. Weekend requests welcome.
Realtor resources02What changes
The inspection is the same. The question isn't
- Realtors
- Can this be settled inside the contingency period, and can I put the findings in front of a client without hedging them?
- Buyers
- What am I inheriting, what will it cost me, and can I still do something about it?
- Sellers
- What will a buyer's inspector find, and would I rather know now?
- Escrow & TCs
- Which document is missing, who actually holds it, and how long will it take to arrive?
- Homeowners
- Is the system working as well as it should be, and what needs attention next?

Working a weekend transaction? So are we
The office is open Monday–Friday 9am–6pm, but inspections run on weekends and requests are open around the clock. We'll call to confirm the date and time.
Requesting an inspection isn't a confirmed appointment — we'll contact you to confirm timing.
